Meet Mr. Dyer!
Hiya! My name is David Dyer and I have been teaching at Twain High School since 2019, and have been an educator since 2001. I grew up in New Jersey, and graduated from Rowan University with a degree in Biology. After moving to California, I discovered a passion for teaching as a substitute teacher, and decided to earn my Master’s degree in Education.
My wife is an ICU nurse that helps patients recover from heart surgery, and together we have 2 children. We love going to the pool and the beach as a family. When I have time to myself at home, I like to play RPG video games and read about history, politics and science.
That’s a little bit about me, and I’m looking forward to learning about my students and their families.
